She was born on July 25, 1923, in Scipio, Indiana, the youngest daughter of Edward H. and Ruth (Hollowell) Seiter. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Thelia Brannon and Dolores J. Foxx. Evelyn was the widow of Charles F. Arnold who also preceded her in death in April of 1998. Evelyn was a fifty year member of Marvin Chapter, NO 376, OES and served as DGM in 1972. She was also a life member of Ishtar Temple, Daughter of the Nile in Cincinnati. An avid golfer, Evelyn played in many leagues in the Hamilton and Cincinnati areas and at the age of 79, she had a ?hole in one.? She leaves behind three nephews, John Brannon of Winder, GA, Bill Brannon of Hamilton, OH, and Jim Foxx of Ross, OH; one special niece, Lynn Ruth Brannon of Fairfield, OH; and many other loving relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held at Charles C. Young Funeral Home, 4032 Hamilton Cleves Road, Ross, OH on Friday, July 27, 2018 at 2:00 pm with Rev. C. Edwin Pellett, officiating.
