She was born on May 28, 1928, in Waukegan, Ill. She is survived by her husband, Harold Jack; son, Michael Tyrrell; daughters, Paddy Jacobs, Nancy Hamer and Kathie Emlay; stepson, Richard Jack; stepdaughter, Chris Nowark; 14 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice Services of Lake County, 1717 S. Main St., Lakeport, CA 95453-5668. The family would like to express their gratitude for the wonderful care provided by Dr. Whie Oh, Dr. John Hodgkin, Dr. Mark Freeman, Dr. Arthur Bikangaga and the staff at Redbud Hospital.
