Lorine Rohrbach, 84, of Loudon, formerly of St. Charles passed Tuesday, May 31, 2011, at Park West Medical Center in Knoxville, Tenn. She was born March 6, 1927, in Hosmer, S.D., to Martin and Barbara Bender. For several years, she was involved in the Women's Guild at St. Mark's Lutheran Church in St. Charles. Mrs. Rohrbach is survived by her daughter, Judy (Kenneth) Metzger of Loudon; a granddaughter, Michelle (Mike) Dixon of Cummings, Ga.; two sisters, Hilda (Ep) Sieler of Rapid City, S.D., and Otillia Guthmiller of Lake Stevens, Wash.; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin; a grandson, Kenneth Paul Metzger; a brother, Albert Bender; and three sisters, Ellen Rohrbach and Gertrude Bitz, Freida Bieber. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 4, at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 101 South 6th Ave., St. Charles. Rev. Timothy Silber officiating. Burial will be at Union Cemetery, St. Charles.
