Mr. Carr was born March 23, 1884, in Riverside, Iowa, and had been a Manhattan resident the past four years. His wife, Minnie Carr, preceded him in death April 17,1956. Survivors include one son, Joe Carr, Dallas, Texas; three sisters, Mrs. Tessie O. Bundy, 109 Ratone, Mrs. Freda Spriggs, San Antonio, Texas, and Mrs. Howard Woodfill, Indianapolis, Ind.
