Obituary, The Barnesville Enterprise, May 9, 1990, P. 2, Column 2: Richard Lynn Hunkler - Richard Lynn Hunkler, 60, of Morristown and Belmar, New Jersey, died Saturday, May 5, 1990 at his home in Morristown. He was born May 8, 1929 at Belmont, a son of the late Walter and Mary Lynn Hunkler. He graduated in 1947 from Barnesville High School and attended Steubenville College. In 1955 he graduated from Ohio State University. He served as an electrical engineer with the federal government in Belmar. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Lincoln and Jessie Talbott Lynn, and his paternal grandparents, John and Mary Diegmiller Hunkler. Surviving are several cousins. Private services were held Sunday. The body was donated to West Virginia University for research purposes. Memorial contributions may be made to the donor?s choice.
