I'm researching my wife's family, and Abraham is her second-great-grandfather. The Museum of Jewish Heritage's website (JewishGen.org) lists the following for him: born: 18 Aug 1829 in Dahn. died: 13 Sep 1924. buried: Jewish cemetery in Busenberg. Hebrew name: Abraham bar Rebb Baruch Thus, it shows Baruch as his father's name. I'll also submit information about his wife, Luise. I have identified one daughter, Rosa, from that database as well. In addition, there are five Rosenstiels who were born in Dahn and perished in the Holocaust who would be the right age to be the children of Abraham and three others who would be the right age to be grandchildren. However, I also have found a Jakob Rosenstiel who was the same age as Abraham and was born in Dahn in 1832. I suspect that they were brothers, and I don't know which of the eight above are descendants of Abraham and of Jakob.
