She was married to Walter S. Smith. They were the parents of these known children: ~ Mrs. James [Phrona] Folks, of Brookville; ~ Mrs. Patrick [Arlene] McGuire, Punxsutawney; ~ Mrs. Ron [Donna Belle] Newcome, Punxsutawney RD 6; ~ Paul Smith, Macedonia, 111.; ~ Roy Smith; ~ Donald Smith. Nora lived at 307 Park Avenue in Punxsutawy and had formerly lived in the Punxsutawney RD 3 area. She attended the Scotland Avenue Church of God in Punxsutawney . She passed away at the Punxsutawney Area Hospital at the age of 79 and was also survived by 13 grandchildren. Funeral arrangements were handled by the Pifer Funeral Home in Punxsutawney ,with internment being made in the Lakelawn Cemetery near Reynoldsville.
