  [S927] Obituary. Huntington Herald-Press Sunday, September 24, 1967 Lawrence Samuel Horn ______ Resident for the last seven years of 735 North Main St. Andrews, Lawrence S. Horn 74, died at 11 p.m. Friday in the Linville Memorial Clinic at Columbia City after and illness of one week and a seriously illness of the last two days. He was born January 20, 1893, in Huntington to John and Wilhelmina Jacobs Horn. His first marriage was to Ethel Schoch, who died July 29, 1949. His second marriage was to Ruth Hoke in 1954. Surviving are the widow, a daughter, Mrs. Arthur (Margaret) Snyder of Milan, Mich.; a son, Captain James Horn with the Air Force in Glasgow, Mont.: nine grandchildren, a great-granddaughter and a sister, Mrs. Jesse Rittenhouse, Huntington. A son, Allan is dead. Mr. Horn was a member of the Methodist Church, the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and the Masonic Lodge, all of Huntington.
