  [S927] Obituary. Note: From the Herald, Sat. Nov. 8, 2003: "Catherine M. Dotterweich, 71, Jasper, died at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7, 2003, in Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center, Jasper. She was born at Dubois Jan. 2, 1932, to John R. and Caroline (Schmidt) Mehringer. She married Larry Dotterweich Nov. 5, 1960. Surviving are her husband, Larry Dotterweich, Jasper; a son, Gary Alles, Jasper; a daughter, Pamela Zehr, Jasper; two brothers, Victor Mehringer, Cincinnati, Ohio, and Leo Mehringer, Dubois; two sisters, Florence Sweeney, Middleton, Ohio, and Mary Dekemper, Jasper; and two granddaughters. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Edward Alles; two sisters, Leona Schwartz and Marcella Fleck; and four brothers, Silas, Lucas, Emil and Claude Mehringer. Mrs. Dotterweich was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and the Daughters of Isabella. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Holy Family Catholic Church, Jasper.
