(Wildeman) Ubelhor, 79, of Evansville passed away Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2009, at Deaconess Hospice Care Center. She was born July 24, 1930, in St. Philip, Ind. Estella worked for more than 30 years as a cook at the Old Mill Restaurant. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Lawrence Ubelhor; five daughters, Carol Schlachter of Philpot, Barbara Haas of Murfreesboro, Tenn., Mary Bohleber, Janet Fischer and Anna Crofts, all of Evansville; two sons, Greg and Dan Ubelhor of Indianapolis; a brother, Norman Wildeman; 18 grandchildren; and a great-grandson. Services are at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Vanderburgh County. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation is from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Pierre Funeral Home in Evansville, where memorial services will be conducted at 4 p.m. The family requests memorial contributions be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church or Deaconess Hospital.
