Dodge. She was born May 3, 1922 at Woodsfield, Ohio, the daughter of John M. and Clara L. Miller Reischman. A longtime Dodge City, Kansas resident, formerly of Ohio and Colorado, she was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church, Wright, Kansas and Daughters of Isabella, Dodge City. On April 25, 1945 she married Hugh McLaughlin at Miltonsburg, Ohio. Survivors include: her husband of 65 years, Ft. Dodge; 5 sons, Paul and wife Dianne, Wooster, Ohio, John, Yoder, Colorado, Tom and wife Renee, Colorado Springs, Joe and wife Debbie, Dodge City and Karl and wife Teresa, Colorado Springs; 4 daughters, Martha Vandervort and husband Doug, Lincoln, Nebraska, Rosemary Pagano and husband Frank, Philadelphia, Karen Worley, Colorado Springs and Linda McLaughlin, Colorado Springs; a sister, Vivian Kahrig and husband Virgil, Wooster; a son-in-law, Bob Smith, Castle Rock, Colorado; 29 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Helen Smith, 3 sisters, Isabel Goody, Anna Marie Clift and Phyllis Ewers and a grandson, Jason McLaughlin. Vigil service followed by Daughters of Isabella and Altar Society rosary will be 7:00 pm Thursday, October 21, 2010 at St. Andrew Church. Funeral Mass will be 10:00 am Friday at the church with Fr. Robert A. Schremmer presiding. Friends may call from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Thursday at Burkhart-Ziegler Funeral Chapel, Dodge City. Burial will be in St. Andrew Cemetery.
