  [S927] Obituary. Cecilia Kuntz, 90, Mandan, died Feb. 10, 2015, at Sanford Continuing Care Center off Sunset in Mandan. Mass of Christian Burial was on Feb. 14, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Mandan, with the Rev. Shane Campbell as celebrant. Burial will be at Mandan Union Cemetery. Cecelia was born on Nov. 19, 1924, to Adam and Regina Bullinger in St. Anthon. She married John F. Kuntz on June 6, 1944, in Flasher. Cecelia was an extremely hard worker, talented seamstress, wonderful cook and a dedicated wife and mother. Her door was always open to family and friends. Family was very important to her and she enjoyed family gatherings, where she would cook big meals that everyone would enjoy. Her church, her faith and her family were central in her life and Cecilia was respected and loved by all those whose lives she touched. Cecilia will be deeply missed by her daughters, Cecelia (Pat) Jordan, Boise, Idaho, Carol (Robert) Ernest, Grass Valley, Calif., Claudia (Tom Whisler) Wiedman, Wickenburg, Ariz., Corinne (Chris) Smith, Kennewick, Wash.; daughter-in-law, Edith, Sacramento, Calif.; sons, Tom (Val), Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Ken (Kim), Gresham, Ore., Don (Karen) Spokane, Wash., Randy (Jennifer), Bismarck; 27 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren; sisters, Clara Letchford and Loretta Dolacheck, Sheridan, Wyo.; brothers, Cletus (Jean) Illinois and Andy (Sarah) Boise, Idaho. Cecilia was preceded in death by her parents, husband, John who died in 2009; sons, John Jr. and Ed and her seven brothers and sisters.
