George Blattner MEMPHIS, Mo. - Mr. George Blattner, 80, of Wyaconda died Saturday at 9 p.m. in the Ellis Fischell Hospital at Columbia after a long illness. Born September 25, 1888 in Clark county, he was the son of Albert and Harriet Imogene Clough Blattner. On August 13, 1913, he married Lillian Curtis, who survives. Also surviving are a son Leland of Detroit, Mich., three daughters, Mrs. Frank Keach of Farmington, Mich., Mrs. George Drew of Plymouth, Mich., and Mrs. Burleigh Grimes of Wyaconda, nine grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. He was a member of the Baptist church in Wyaconda where the service will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. John Gorham officiating. Burial will be in the Wyaconda cemetery.
