He was born in Lore City, Ohio on June 2, 1935, son of the late Harold and Kathran Seebach. He and his father had operated a gas station in Marietta. Richard is survived by his wife, Elaine Wrobel Seebach; his uncle, John Huffman (Nina) of Marietta; and many cousins.
