Author: Susan Muller I had a greatgrandfather named John Casper Rennert. My grandfather's name was Edward George Rennert. He was from Newark NJ and married to Alice Walsh. My father is Edward Lorne Rennert and as a child they moved to Brooklyn NY. That is where my family is from. We have a family bible that gives us the surname Moser from Blankenborn Germany. We are assuming a Moser married a Rennert when they came to the states. My sister & I are planning a trip to Blanenborn to obain any other family history.
