    Notes:
    Saw the name of Mary Grabenschroer 1867-1947 on your website. I believe Mary Grabenschroer was daughter of Herman Heinrich Grabenschroer born 10 December 1832 and Mary M. Unknown born about 1841. Both were born in the town of Herzfeld-Hontrup area of Westphalia, Germany. Mary was one of 11 children born to this couple. Her father Herman was a brother to my great-grandmother Catherine Elizabeth Grabenschroer. The Grabenschroer's came to America about 1862 and mostly settled near West Point and Fort Madison, Iowa. Herman went to St. Louis. Later the West Point Grabenschroers went to Ottumwa, Iowa. Later they relocated to Eastern Nebraska. Some now reside in Omaha, Nebraska.
